Jeannette Caroline Gaul

Jeannette Caroline Gaul, 88 of Bridgman passed away on Thursday, September 24, 2020  at her home in the care of her family.

Funeral Services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 9650 Church Street, Bridgman with Reverend Edward A. Meyer, officiating. Friends may meet with the family on Tuesday from 10-11 AM at the church prior to the service. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery, Bridgman. Jeannette was born March 24, 1932 in Benton Harbor, the daughter of the late Emil and Hattie (Patzer) Jetzke.  On November 4, 1972  she married August “Sam” Gaul and together they were faithful members of Immanuel Lutheran Church. Jeannette owned and operated her own beauty salon, but most of all loved to cook for family and holidays gatherings.

Survivors include her husband, Sam; children: Clifford (Julie) Totzke, Jr., Janine (Peter) Schmidt and Isla Case; grandchildren: Mallory (Paul) Newall, Bill Schmidt, Gary (Kim) Case, Chad (Heather) Case and Nicole Walker; 14 great grandchildren and a great great granddaughter.

Jeannette was also preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby and Floyd Jetzke and a sister, Margaret Block.

Arrangements entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, the Boyd Chapel,  9191 Red Arrow Highway, Bridgman.
