David Gerald Proctor, 47, of St. Joseph, passed away on Tuesday, September 22, 2020 at his home.

He was born on April 20, 1973 to Ted and Kim Proctor in Waukegan, IL. On February 4, 2003 he married the love of his life, Tina Monroe. David was known as a jack of many trades. He knew how to do just about anything and if he didn’t he would learn really fast.

David is survived by his parents, Ted and Kim; wife, Tina; son, Xavier Proctor; daughter, Victoria Monroe and sister, Anneetta Marie Proctor.

Private family viewing was held from 12-2 on Monday, September 28, 2020 at Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoven Funeral Home. Online condolences may be made at www.hovenfunerals.com.
