Brandywine High School Gets Tennis Courts

Brandywine Community Schools has something to celebrate this week. The district held a ribbon cutting on its brand new tennis courts. The days of Brandywine High School tennis team members driving across town, with racquets in tow, to a public park for practice are a thing of the past as the teams can now hone their serves and backhands, as well as host home tennis matches, on courts located right on their high school campus. The Brandywine Community Schools prioritized the 8-court, outdoor tennis facility to be ready for the Fall 2020 season, and it’s now ready. The ceremony to dedicate the courts was on Tuesday afternoon.
